 📜 SAVU — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Contractual Terms: By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing "Savu" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Shupper Studios ("we," "us," or "our") and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, or executing the application, and permanently delete all copies of the Game files in your possession.

2. Interactive Content Warning & Gameplay Nature: Savu is an intense psychological horror and survival entertainment experience. The application features persistent supernatural themes, sudden extreme audio shifts (jumpscares), flashing lights, atmospheric tension, and highly disturbing imagery.

• Content Notice: The Game contains explicit depictions of fantasy violence, blood, and graphic injuries (gore). The primary adversary ("Savu") is a hostile supernatural entity that tracks the player using a bladed asset. Players must utilize defensive in-game firearms to temporarily neutralize the entity to ensure survival. All characters, entities, and violent occurrences are completely fictional works of survival horror.

3. Age Designations and Ratings Disclaimer: The Game is strictly not intended for young children. Due to the presence of graphic violence, horror elements, and gore, strict player discretion is advised. The official age rating for this Game is determined dynamically by global platform rating authorities—including but not limited to the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC), ESRB, and PEGI—upon store submission. Users must adhere strictly to the official age rating requirements displayed on the platform storefront before purchasing, downloading, or executing the application.

4. End-User License Agreement (EULA): Shupper Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Savu strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, redistributing, or sub-licensing the Game binaries, assets, or packaging files without express written authorization from Shupper Studios.
• Utilizing the Game, its characters, or its assets for any commercial exploitation, monetization, or unauthorized public exhibition.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the software source code, engine scripts, or internal metadata.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: All proprietary elements within the Game—including but not limited to source code, characters, artwork, 3D models, textures, animations, narrative lore, dialogue, and audio arrangements—are the exclusive intellectual property of Gamerboyshubhu, Shupper Studios, or their respective third-party licensors properly cited within the in-game credits. Unauthorized usage, distribution, or reproduction of these assets will result in immediate legal action. If you believe your creative work has been integrated into our project without proper attribution, please contact us immediately so we can correct the credit record.

6. Restrictions on Player Conduct: To maintain the integrity of the application, you agree not to:

• Code, deploy, or utilize cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools designed to alter or exploit the Game's framework.
• Create, stream, or distribute malicious, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate media assets associated with the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties: Savu is provided to the user on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shupper Studios completely disclaims liability for:

• Any psychological distress, fright, or physical discomfort resulting from exposure to the Game's horror content.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including hardware malfunctions, data loss, software conflicts, or system performance issues arising from application installation.

8. Modifications to these Terms: We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued access or gameplay of Savu following the publication of changes constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.

• API Compliance: By using this specific game feature, players interact with a system that pulls public content directly from YouTube services. This implementation adheres strictly to the YouTube Developer Policies.
• Data Handling: The Game reads this content in real time to display the icons on dynamic in-game models (such as custom textured character clothing). The Game does not harvest, store, or share your personal YouTube account data.

2. Children's Privacy Compliance: Our Game does not knowingly target, gather, or request personal information from children under the age of 13. Third-party ad providers are restricted to serving appropriate content matching our target age designations.
