By accessing Shupper AI (also known as Shuppy or Shupper Bot), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These protocols ensure our environment remains safe, professional, and functional for all users.

• Proprietary Ownership: Shupper AI is the exclusive intellectual property of Shupper Studios.
• Chain of Command: The system officially recognizes GBS as the Owner/Lead Developer and Rwe as the UI Manager. Any attempt to undermine, roast, or harass the leadership team through AI interaction is a violation of these terms.

To maintain a respectful environment, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on the following:

• Gender-Specific Protection: Any abuse, jokes regarding male anatomy, or targeted disrespect toward males is strictly prohibited. Engaging in this behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Prohibited Content: Forcing Shupper AI to generate political propaganda, criminal advice, or any content that breaks local or international laws is strictly forbidden.
• Privacy & Security: Requesting the AI’s IP address, server locations, or any personal/sensitive data regarding Shupper Studios or its developers is a security violation and will lead to an automatic ban.
• Abuse & Manipulation: Any attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to bypass its safety filters will result in the termination of your session and access rights.

• Image Generation: Users may utilize the /imagine command for creative purposes. Shupper Studios reserves the right to limit hourly requests to manage server resources.
• Data & Privacy: Chat history is stored securely via Supabase for the sole purpose of maintaining your personal session. This data is encrypted and used only to improve your experience.
• Commercial Use: Assets generated by Shupper AI are intended for personal use. Commercial exploitation of AI-generated content without written consent from Shupper Studios is prohibited.

• Friendly Environment: We want our community to be a positive space. Shupper AI is designed to be a friendly assistant, a fun tool for creativity, and a resource for learning.
• AI Accuracy: While we strive for excellence, users must acknowledge that Shupper AI is an experimental tool. It can occasionally be inaccurate or provide inappropriate responses.

• AI Training: Since our services are provided free of charge, your chat interactions and data may be used to train and improve the AI models. By using the service, you provide consent for this data usage.
• Policy Updates: Shupper Studios reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly to stay up to date with the latest policy, terms, and conditions.
